The entire church will operate on the Biblical code for
holiness and the qualifications for all leadership posts will lean on 1 Timothy
3 and Titus 2.
The Senior Pastor
is the Overseer and his position should be accorded the respect it deserves. A
submissive spirit is necessary for service. Submission will be received only as
it is given. All leaders should
execute their duties based on the KPAs (Key Performance Areas) that highlight
